After so long for not exercising due to my busy business project, today I finally exercise-D!!!!!

And it feels awesome to sweat once in awhile =) you will instantly feel healthier 100X compared to the normal you.

And maybe its some psychological effects, I somehow feel skinner after the half an hour exercise. =P

Right after I exercised, I cleaned up the living room,dining room and my study room because I beh tahan the mess liao.

I swept the floor first. Damn, lots of rubbish accumulated under the tables, chairs and sofas!!! Damn dirty! My parents are too busy with their work, hence the mess. If I don't clean it, it'll be them doing the job. I don't want to burden them so I choose to do it myself.

I realised I kinda love to do house chores once in awhile.Once in awhile only ah,I don't like to do it everyday!! That's why next time I won't hire any maid, I'll hire some part time cleaning workers to clean up my house for me about 3 times a week. More than enuf. I love washing the dirty toilet too hahaha macam ah sam. -___-''

I'm serious. I really can clean the toilet until you can take it as a mirror wan! lolz

After all the sweepings, I mopped the floor. Stacked those old newspaper in one side and cleaned up the mess on the table. Its really dirty and I believe none of us feel comfortable living in such dirty house right?

Couple of minutes later I found my house damn clean. The floor damn smooth and shiny. Has great sense of satisfaction!! :)

By doing house chores you can actually become a happier person. When you are doing house chores, all the things that are in your mind were '' Go die germs, leave my house clean!! "

And some of you can even release out your stress or anger when you are cleaning the house by wiping off the dirty things. And then when the floor is dry, you stepped on it and you'll feel damn happy. So if you are emo or you think alot of this and that, GO DO SOME HOUSE CHORES NOW!
