The Sims Life Stories Crashed SOLUTIONS!

Million thanks to Michael,Vwan and Ronny for their help in helping me to solve this The Sims Life Stories application crash problem.

I've tried to google around, and found no solutions to it. Then I seeked help from Vwan and thanks to him showing me this link, I finally found part of the solutions there. :]

The Sims Life Stories can be played both in Windows XP & Vista. *tried*

How to crack the sims life stories -
1) Insert The Sims Life Stories DVD.
2) Go to My Computer > Right click and select either Explore or Open.
3) Go to search for a file named Crack.
4)Open the Crack folder and you will find a yellow book icon named SimsLS and copy it.
5)Go to your SIMS directory, usually found in C drive > Program Files > Electronic Arts > The Sims Life Stories > TSBin
6)When you're inside TSBin, right click and choose Paste.
7) Choose Copy & Replace. Or overwrite it.
8) Now go to your desktop and click on the Sims shortcut and you're ready to play!

If you are experiencing another problem like I did,I opened the game and was about to play, suddenly this message appeared in the tutor mode "The application has crashed. Application will now terminate" problem, here's the solution.

1)Start > Run
2) Then type "regedit"
3) On the left hand side, search for
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Electronic Arts/The Sims Life Stories
Click on The Sims Life Stories and change the DisplayName from "The Sims? Life Stories" to "The Sims Life Stories".
4)Then go to your left again, and Search for the 1.0 just below The Sims Life Stories folder. Click on it and change the DisplayName from "The Sims? Life Stories" to "The Sims Life Stories" again.
5) And tadaaaaaaaa! Enjoy your game.
